The vaccination.cards website.

MesVaccins.net is contributing to a European Commission project for designing a future vaccination card for European citizens.

The study starts with the collection and analysis of existing formats of vaccination cards used in real life settings.

We are looking to collect documents from:

  • various countries: from Europe or other parts of the world ;
  • various formats: vaccination cards, immunisation records or certificates of immunisation, handwritten or digital ;
  • various sources: from GP offices, pharmacies, vaccination centres or travel clinics, healthcare centres, infant clinics, hospitals, occupational health services, schools or universities, nursing homes...

You can help build a strictly anonymous database of existing vaccination cards by uploading documents on the website https://vaccination.cards.

This website can be accessed from a desktop computer or a smartphone: you can take pictures of your vaccination cards and have them anonymised with the built-in tool.
